Terms and conditions

1. Order Confirmation

By accepting the terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and ATHLETES COLLECTIVE. Once an order is completed the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of mistakes related to the order, ATHLETES COLLECTIVE reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.

2. Registering your data when ordering

When ordering from ATHLETES COLLECTIVE we will register different datas about your order and you as a customer to fulfill your order.

3. Payment

ATHLETES COLLECTIVE accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron and MasterCard. 

All information is handled securely through our payment provider Pensopay using SSL. This keeps you information secure and inaccessible from unauthorized sources. Hence, ATHLETES COLLECTIVE do not store any credit card information.

Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR), and do not include shipping cost which will be calculated in checkout. All prices are including VAT and taxes. 

4. Returns

ATHLETES COLLECTIVE accepts returns with 30 days. The product must be returned in original packaging with hang tags and other labelling. 

If the item is used, an assessment will be made of what a used item can be sold at to another consumer. A potential difference will be imposed on the buyer.

5. Exchange

If you want to exchange the product for another size, color or simply another product, please contact us on contact@athletescollective.com and we will organize this as convenient as possible for you.

6. Warranty

All our product come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact us at contact@athletescollective.com

7. Shipping

We insure all our shipments and track and trace information is sent in an email to the customer, once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Orders are shipped with GLS and PostNord. For orders to destinations in Denmark shipping times are 1-3 days, whereas in Europe outside Denmark the shipping time is 3-5 days.

Shipping cost varies from country to country and will be calculated at checkout. 

8. Liability

ATHLETES COLLECTIVE cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, reliance, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses in relation to our products.
